Jamad is a former basketball player at emmanuel college in boston, ma making a name for herself with her moves on the court and signature look, always playing in a hijab or turban. A proud muslim and first generation american with parents from from somalia, jamad is just getting started as she uses her social platforms and selflessly organizes girls basketball tournaments to encourage young girls to play and follow their dreams no matter the circumstances that may stand in their way. 

Recently, jamad was featured in the google pixel-nba commercials and has partnered with some of the biggest consumer brands like bose, gatorade, pepsi, stockx and more.
