Chloe Pavlech is a Sports Analyst, Creator, and Media Personality. She received her undergraduate degree in Broadcast Journalism from The University of Maryland while also playing for the Division 1 Women’s Basketball, the Lady Terrapins, where she played in two NCAA Final Fours. She received her Master’s Degree in Sport Management from the University of Connecticut where she also served as a Graduate Assistant Coach for the infamous UConn Women’s Basketball Team and Coach Geno Auriemma, appearing in two additional NCAA Final Fours.
After college, Chloe helped build and sell the #1 platform for women’s sports to Overtime, a sports network built for today’s generation of athletes and fans. Over her tenure at Overtime, Chloe built @Overtimewbb to be the largest women’s sports media account on the internet, even bigger than EspnW. Chloe is also responsible for building @Overtimewbb to be the largest women’s sports account on TikTok and the FIRST women’s sports account to reach over a million followers on TikTok. Upon leaving Overtime, Chloe was the first Platform Strategist + Talent for Lifestyle, Culture, and Sport platform founded by superstars Alex Morgan, Chloe Kim, Sue Bird, and Simeon Manual - @togethxr, helping them to reach 1M followers and becoming the fastest growing sport account on TikTok.
Aside from her work on social media, Chloe has had opportunities doing broadcast and analyst work for ESPN, BTN, American Athletic Conference, and PLN/Stadium, all while hosting the Snapchat show, “Hypeschool”, boasting 2 million subs and 1 million views per episode.
For the last two years, Chloe has been an Assistant Coach at Baylor University where one of her main responsibilities was NIL for student-athletes, leading Baylor to being #1 ranked in NIL in the BIG12 Conference. Her success there has now led her to founding CR Consulting, a full-service NIL Education platform for coaches, student-athletes, and administrators.
