Flavio Valabrega found his calling in the forest. With a degree in Science for the Conservation of Nature and Forests,
he ventured into the wild to study and protect the wonders of nature. He spent four months at a forestry company
in Panama.
Flavio, a passionate adventurer and fitness enthusiast, organized a week-long boot camp in Umbria that combined
functional training with cycling and walking tours to inspire others to stay fit while exploring nature. He also led a
team of volunteers on an exciting excursion into the wild hinterland during his volunteer work at The Good Kitchen.
Riding his bike, Flavio discovers the beauty of our planet. His adventurous spirit and unwavering dedication are an
inspiration to all those who seek to discover the wonders of the world around us. When he is at home, he loves
