Making mornings pop on Chum 104.5’s Marilyn Dennis and Jamar, Jamar’s been a radio host for some of the biggest radio stations in the United States and in the Caribbean. Beyond his popular radio shows, he is also a TV actor, an accomplished club/party DJ and music producer known as J Niice specializing in Pop, Dancehall, Reggae and Soca.

Jamar is an avid snowboarder, scuba diver and soccer player. His #1 passion is music, with a passion for nature and the environment coming in at a “close-second”. He loves sci-fi movies, comic books and long walks on the beach
