Lauren has lived most of her life eating anything her heart desired until she was suddenly diagnosed with several food allergies around age 25. She currently manages wheat, dairy, egg, sesame, maple, soy, buckwheat and peanut allergies. As you can imagine, she had to drastically change her diet.
She refused to allow her food allergies to get in the way of living a fulfilling life and enjoying delicious food! From this, her passion for allergy-friendly recipe creation was born and she is so excited to share all of my recipes with you!
